Perhaps Death Metal's best kept secret, this album is monumental. An astounding testament to mental anguish and chaos. The ghostly wails of a séance, permeated with gorgeous post punk licks and crushing buzz saw guitars. The ethereal timbre, the crazed vocals; for such an ambitious and grand project it all comes together so seamlessly. I rarely cry, not that I don't feel misery, my body just refuses to react that way; but the overwhelmingly beautiful despair of this album brought me to tears. darioffline

Really brutal, really grinding old school death with low-tuned guitars, pounding drums, and guttural vocals. These guys are Swedish but it sounds nothing like the style of the early 90's! Essential death metal education! dungeonghoul
